A connection is one device streaming at the same time — for example a TV, phone, tablet, or laptop. Your plan tier is the maximum number of devices that can stream simultaneously.
Every plan is an auto-renewing subscription billed automatically every 6 months through PayPal, starting on the date you sign up. Billing continues until you cancel — there's no need to manually re-purchase.
You can cancel automatic renewal any time from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
All plans are purchased securely through PayPal, which handles the recurring billing on our behalf. Add a plan to your cart and check out to set up your subscription.
Yes — cancel your current plan's auto-renewal in PayPal, then subscribe to the new tier. Your new billing cycle starts from the date you switch.
